About Me
I am a theatrical designer and stage manager based in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. Currently a senior at Ithaca College, I am pursuing a double BFA in Theatre Production & Design as well as Stage Management. I specialize in scenic design, props, scenic art, and stage management.

When I was 11 years old, my parents took us to see Aladdin on Broadway. My parents were friends with a member of the cast who gave us the opportunity to come backstage after the show. This was the moment that changed what theatre was for me. We got to see all the scenery flown above the stage for storage, all the props lined up and organized for the next performance, and all the detail that was put into everything even though it is seen from so far away. Everything in theatre is a piece of art, and everyone involved is an artist. I wanted to be a part of it. Since then, I haven't stopped chasing those opportunities to make theatre.
My journey in theatre actually began as a performer at the age of 3. My mom put me in dance classes and I later became a competitive dancer until I was 12. In middle school and high school I took on numerous theatrical roles, including Cinderella in Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, Portia in Something Rotten, and Rapunzel in Into the Woods.
I also continued performing as a color guard member and an a cappella singer for several years in high school. This early experience on stage gave me access to those opportunities behind the scenes, where I discovered a passion for working backstage. As a junior and senior in high school, I designed the sets and props for my schools plays and musicals. In 2023, I was honored with a nomination for the Montclair State University Foxy Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Student Set Design for my design of Clue.
I have also embraced a variety of unique experiences. As a freshman in high school, I had the incredible opportunity to be cast in a production of The Tap Dance Kid at NJPAC, directed by the well known tap dancer, actor, and choreographer Savion Glover. During my senior year, I was given the chance to participate in the Macy's Great American Marching Band, performing as a color guard member in the 96th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. My senior year also saw me on-screen, where I was featured as a choir student in the Hulu original series American Horror Stories, Season 3, Episode 1, entitled Bestie.

During my time at Ithaca College, I have also been volunteering as a puppy sitter and raiser for the organization Guiding Eyes for the Blind. I have raised two puppies to help the blind and visually impaired community. My first dog, Yellsea, was selected as a brood, and is having her first litter of future guide dog puppies very soon! My second dog, Venice, continued her training with another raiser while I studied abroad in London. I am very passionate about service dog work and creating a more accessible world. I look forward to continuing to volunteer in the future.
Please take the time to read more about my journey as a puppy raiser here.
